• Your contacts email and names. This is used to let you choose the contact you want to invite to an event. Your contacts information is not stored, only the contacts you choose to invite are stored (so you and the invited people can see who is invited).
• When you choose to do so, the invitation emails to your selected users are send to your contacts through your Gmail account. Invitacio never sends emails through your Gmail account without your consent.

Used information from your Microsoft/Outlook account

Invitacio.com will only retrieve/use the following information from your Microsoft account (when you authorize us to do so):

• Your name, photo and email address. This is used to create an account when you login with your Microsoft account.
• Your contacts email and names. This is used to let you choose the contact you want to invite to an event. Your contacts information is not stored, only the contacts you choose to invite are stored (so you and the invited people can see who is invited).

Using personal information

Invitacio.com may use your personal information to:

• administer this website;
• personalize the website for you;
• enable your access to and use of the website services;
• publish information about you on the website;
• send out information about events to you and your contacts (only on your request);
• send you marketing communications (only to you. Invitacio will never send marketing communication to your contacts, unless they have an Invitacio account themselfs).
